How should Filter on MSS Fluid Timesheet Time Summary work? 9.2.29

Scenario:

Access the Manager Self Service Timesheet Time Summary page for an employee with reported time

Open the Filter and select Reported Status = Submitted

Click Done

A pop-up window indicates 'No results found'.  Shouldn't it have returned the time that had been reported?

I wasn't able to find any information on the portal in PeopleBooks
