Flex Fields value oracle EBS

Hello Team,

I have a lot of Flex Fields for purchasing module oracle apps R12, i want to edit the flex fileds, i add the news fields it work, but when i delete the old fields it dont work and not save the modifications, for more details see picture in attachment.
