Two pathcodes on same Enterprise server

Hi Team,

We have one non production enterprise server  which has only one managed instance as E1_Non_Prod_Svr in which default environment is set as DV920, JDV920. Please find the attachment for it.

Do I need to create one more managed instance for PY in the same non production enterprise server so that I can set PY920 or JPY920 in the pathcode and environment details, Or can I use the same (E1_Non_Prod_Svr) managed instance for New PY pathcode and environment.

Kindly assist.
