ODA 12.2.1.4 -register single DB in cluster registry

Hi Our ODA X3-2 and System version is 12.2.1.4. I removed DB from cluster registry and need to add back to registry as a "SINGLE" instance. But Default is "RAC" . I am still struggling to add the DB as "SINGLE" same as what it was. The syntax "dbtype" no more valid with 12.2.1.4 oakcli.

srvctl add database -d ell8poc -o /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/dbhome_1 -dbtype Single -node ODANPRD01

Any one know how to add as a SINGLE DB.
