Tax Code mapping on Accounts tab of Collections workbench

Hi,

Can anyone help me with the mapping of the Tax Code field on the Accounts tab of the Collections screen? I have checked the customer tax profile to see if a tax code has been assigned but it is blank. My client says that the tax code displayed there is wrong and wants to get is changed but I am unable to find where from it is coming.
