Performance Issue in 8.1.1.14 Prod Application

Hi All,

We are facing same issue as like below refer ( Doc ID 1323656.1)

From our Siebel Application, after entering user id and password the application home page takes around 1 mins to load.

every navigation takes around 10secs to 25secs.

This is impacting all our production users. Note: As per the doucment , in our case issue comes in normal navigation itself, not by doing any operation.
