Hi

We are in the process of upgrading our 12.1.3 environment to 12.2.7.  The upgrade process completed with all the patches.  AFter the 12.2.7 RUP (24690690) and other help patch, we started the services. the AppsLocalLogin.jsp comes up with out the fonts but after entering the credentails, nothing happens

The main login page doesn't work.   in the weblogic console, all the servers in running state.    we bounced multiple times, ran the autoconfig and same issue. the oacore server log has the below error.

Caused By: oracle.apps.fnd.common.PoolException: Exception creating new Poolable object.

We have SR with oracle but its not going anywhere.  Any help on this is appreciated.
