ODA 18.5 Released 5/3/2019

Something dropped last night.  Not sure what.  Looks like maybe ODA 18.5 is in process?  However, it's under 18.4 patches but there's no patch bundle yet.  "Patch 27604558: Oracle Database Appliance 18.5.0.0.181016 RDBMS Clone for ODACLI/DCS Stack" references the ODA 18.5 doc set, which isn't accessible yet.  And to my knowledge, there's no such thing as RDBMS 18.5.0.0.181016.  It's probably either 18.5.0.0.190115 or, more likely, 18.4.0.0.181016.
