Is it possible to automate the Smart HR template to receive data from an external source and without

Client is planning to bring in data from an external source into PeopleSoft. Once the data is in PeopleSoft, plan is to use the Smart HR Transactions template to create new hires. The questions are:

 

1. Is it possible to invoke the Smart HR transaction template through a program call rather than manually by HR Administrator?

2. If it is possible to invoke the Smart HR transaction, then what tables should the tables be loaded to and what method should be used to call the template?

Screen shots of the pages have been given in the attachment to show the pages that we would like to call and pass values to programmatically.
