Opatch Datapatch Invalid Objects

Reported Release: 12.1, 12.2, 18.6 (Linux, Solaris x86-64, Windows)

Oracle Database Opatch Datapatch utility leaves invalid objects in the cdb$root and pdb's

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/datapatch -db <dbname> -verbose

The solution is to manually run

@$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql

in the cdb$root and pdb's to resolve the problem

Datapatch should detect this and fix automatically
