MR, Route and Operation Terminations

Hi,

When terminating a Maintenance Requirement, Route or an Operation there appears to be no way to enter a comment to inform the approver of the termination as to a reason why this maintenance has been submitted for termination.

I do believe this is a short coming in the system and was wondering how other users have been managing this requirement?
