Hi Team,

How can I manage sales of properties from Property Manager module.

Assume a case where i have a property with ten floors, I plan to sell all the units in ground floor and let out for lease the remaining 9 floors. How can I manage this ?

So in this case the entire Property cost cannot be capitalized, but only those portion which is let out for sale. How to manage the capitalisation too, whether it should be floor wise ?
