Password strenght

Hello,

I am requiered by client to put a "weak" password on a new 6100. In password-policy I have no options to set the requirements, seems that I need ACP license to do it. Any way I could do it withouth this license? And if I can get a license and use password-policy-strength disabled

will that allow me to make my passwor weaker than it is by default, meaning to use a password without special simbols etc ..? Thanks in advance for your help.
