Rejected material is getting delivered into Sub Inventory

Hello Team,

       There is a case in production where user has rejected the material at the time of inspection.Still application is allowing rejected material to get delivered into Sub Inventory.

       Profile option for QA:PO Inspection is Oracle Quality.

       Kindly guide on how to prevent rejected materiel getting delivered into Sub Inventory.Is there any modification in setup need to be done??
