How to promote Notifications from one pathcode to another

Hi Friends,

How do we promote notifications from one pathcode to another example DV to PY. I thought it was done via Web OMW like how we do other UDO's. I setup the transfer activity rule as shown below. I am able to promote all other object types except Notifications. Since Notifications cannot be exported into a ZIP we cannot do an export import as well.
