How do I prevent Blank Queries on Account Details Form, not the Find Window

I was able to customize the Account Details Find Screen to force search. Now when user is in Account Details window, they can do F11 and Ctrl F11 for blank search. Is there anyway to force query based on some fields. How we have on Receipt Summary workbench.
