Business event doesn't fire for order line Schedule

Hi,

Why Business event: oracle.apps.ont.oi.xml_int.status or oracle.apps.ont.oip.statuschange.update  doesn't fire for order line is auto schedule  ? But it work when line is manually scheduled.
