Guided Self Service - Who has Implemented it?
Hi all - we are actively working on a Get Current to Image 29, Tools 8.5.7 and with that turning on Guided Self Service. I think we found a bug (and are opening an SR), but wanted to hear from others who have implemented if they have come across this and, if so, how they resolved it.
When a manager submits a Guided Self Service activity (e.g., Transfer Employee), the manager receives the successfully submitted comment as expected. If the manager wants to submit another transaction, the manager should be able to click the Guided Self Service tab in the upper left hand corner; however, it just takes the manager back to the previous page of the self service activity. If the manager tries to Exit, it asks if you want to save your changes. If you try to submit again, you get an error message. This will be very confusing to our managers.
