Advance Shipment and Billing Notices link is not available in i supplier module ( i Supplier Portal

Hello all,

In I supplier module I cannot find the link Create Advance Shipment and Billing Notices. We have full access to I supplier full access responsibility but still can find the link Create Advance Shipment and Billing Notices. I can see all the remaining links like below:

We are on 12.1.3. Please help.
