Deduction Question

Hello,

I've currently set up to enroll benefit program thru self-service. I'm planning to change this configuration to allow the employee to automatic enrolled in the plan without going to self-service i.e default enrollment and start their deduction from the second pay cycle. Have anyone using such a configuration?
