Supplier Registration - Send Status Link Automatically

Hello,

Is there any way to send the supplier registration link automatically if the supplier could not complete the registration request?

Business Case:-

• Supplier access the registration link, enter the basic information including the e-mail account
• For any reason, that supplier could not complete the registration request, request status remains "Draft"
• The supplier cannot access the registration request unless the buyer click "Send Status Link" which cause a delay to complete this process

Looking for an efficient way to send the draft registration link to the supplier directly without the buyer intervention
