Removing effective dated row from Asset Location and Custodian Tab-BASIC ADD

Hi,

We are on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. The user has requested to remove an effective dated row( with eff. sequence) from Asset Location and Custodian Tabs( for the same asset) as follows-

1. Asset Management>>Asset Transactions>> Owned Assets>>Basic Add. Location/Comments/Attributes Tab.

     Remove effective dated row (11/29/2019) and location.

2. Asset Management>>Asset Transactions>>Owned Assets>>Basic Add. Manufacture/License/Custodian Tab.

     Remove effective dated row(11/29/2019) from the Custodian panel.

Is there any consideration that I should make before removing these rows. I don't have Correct History access in these pages. Should this be removed from the tables ASSET_LOCATION & ASSET_CUSTODIAN through SQL.
