Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to add Email address in Field Sales Module

Hi Greetings !!!

We are using R12.1.3 -Field Sales Module.

When creating new LEAD, after entering the lead details, user need to choose /create customer.

If it is new customer, we need to add 'Email ' Filed .
Also there is Telephone number field - we need to make it as mandatory field
