Revenue generation issue - Range of Project and Single Project

Hi Team,

We are in EBS R12.1.3. We have noticed that sometimes the program PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects doesn't generate the revenue for few random projects. These projects are reported in the program output with the rejection reason as 'The project does not have an eligible event o' whereas the same project generates the revenue if submitted through PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project without changing any expenditure lines.

Is there any reason why these projects didn't generate the revenue when processed through the range of projects program ?
