Need advise to add Cancel Absence page in the time tile

Hi,

I'm trying to add the Cancel Absence page (HGA_SS_REQCAN_FLU) in the Time tile in the PeopleSoft 9.2 ESS dashboard. Is there any steps to follow? I have added and assigned the necessary Permission List but it's not appearing still. Please assist.
