Cannot close out of Fat Client

I have a 9.1 fat client that has recently started acting up.  When I try to close out of JDE I get hung up and eventually over time I'll receive a activConsole.exe has stopped working error.

I don't see any logs.  It works fine when I'm in it, I just cannot close out.  It does not matter if I'm getting into DV or PY.  Same issue.

Any thoughts?
