CO income tax withholding

I believe back in 1/1/2019.  CO repealed that employers didn't have to round to the nearest dollars for income tax withholding.  I am noticing in 19-B for CO tax change effective 1/1/2019, CO example still says to round to the nearest dollars.  Was that still repealed and they just didn't update the withholding example for the changes effective 1/1/2019?
