Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Invoice related claim - API error while passing claim details to AR for credit memo

Hello All,

This is our first invoice related claim from trade management.

AR Invoice Transaction Flexfield for ‘Claim’ are pre-existing as in screenshot 2 and linked to interface_header_attribute1 for claim#.

What is the reason for below error?

No issues creating on-account credit memo from trade management.

Please advise.
