Announcements?

I can't find in the documentation how to enter Announcements, they are accessed via the megaphone icon, see below from the online documentation.  The documentation explains the icon, but I can't find any instructions on where we manage announcements.   Does anyone use or know how to access this feature?

Unifier Interface (Top Pane-First Row)

The top pane (first row) contains the following elements:

  • Unifier logo (Oracle Primavera Unifier)
  • Announcements ()To view announcements. It is sorted by creation date (Latest at the top).
