Issue / Completion - Serial Number

Hi All,

I am working on manufacturing process with serial number in version of 9.2.3.2. As i understand, we must had issue before completion process. But, i need to completion and consumtion at the same time. Even item issue type is "U", system doens't do that. I have checked documents below. Is there anyone to help me?
