automatic payment for prepayment voucher

Dear All,

When user input a prepayment voucher, the system will create 2 lines (+ and - amount)

Is it possible to make the positive voucher automatically paid when they created?

So the prepayment voucher will only have 1 line open (the negative amount).

We're in JDE E1 9.1
