Refresh CNC Data in JDEPLAN

Probably a very simple question, from a JDE install first timer, but I'm at the "refresh cnc data in JDEPLAN" stage of one click provisioning and can't figure out (see here) how to run programs R9840C  and R98403A from JD Edwards solution explorer. I've tried stepping through each program, and looking at the tooltip, but can't find it in life cycle tools! Any pointers?
