oacore_server2 and oafm_server2 heap memory free percentage keeps hitting the threshold value

There are 4 oacore servers and 2 oafm servers on our production instance. Customer always sees only oacore_server2 and oafm_server2 heap memory getting filled above 95% whereas other oacore_servers have sufficient heap memory free. Customer need to identify why the heap memory usage is only increasing in oacore_server2 and oafm_server2.

All the 4 oacore_servers argument are same (Navigate > WebLogic Console > Environment > Servers ,click oacore_server1 > Configuration tab > Server Start : field "Arguments")

Expect any hint.
