#Missing Data in BSO cube and zero (0) data in ASO

We have 2 identical cubes in Essbase 2.4: 1 BSO cube and 1 ASO cube. Level 0 data was being loaded and calculated in BSO and then replicated in ASO.

However, there were instances where the data in BSO cube is #Missing but it is zero in ASO. Note that we are clearing the level zero data in ASO before replication. 

We just want to know the possible reasons of the change in value between BSO and ASO.
