Use same Tax name for different operating unit.

Could you please let me know if we could use the same tax for different operating unit, the scenarios as below:

1. I create the tax regime and assign to operating unit A, B and C as they are in Same Country.

2. Create the TAX  vat_tax for operating unit A (Owner)  only, I do not want another operating except for B AND C seeing this tax .

3. I want to use same TAX vat_tax for Operating unit B &C for tax creation.

4. there is no tax LOVs for tax creation while using copy from existing tax.

5. I do not want to create different tax name for same Tax.
