Helllo,

i'm following the note id:1524398.1:

into steps Database Upgrade

    10.Drop SYS.ENABLED$INDEXES (conditional)

here I have to run ==>SQL> drop table sys.enabled$indexes;

Question: as the database 12 is down how can I connect to the database?

please advice
