Creation Date and Last Update Date of Query Row

Greetings,

I have a query that is generated for several company stakeholders on a weekly basis.

Is there any way that two columns can be added to the query that show the following:

1. The date that the row was created in the output.

2. The date that the data in any of the columns was updated.

3. If the row was newly added to the query output, then the values in items 1 and 2 above would be the same.

4. If the row referenced in item 3 had any changes in the next query run, then the value in item 1 would be the same and the value in item 2 would be the next query run date.

Howdy, Stranger!
