How to set up voluntary benefits in 9.2 Base Benefits?

We are on 9.2 Base Benefits.  What is the best way to set up voluntary benefits such as Critical Illness and Accident coverage?  The premiums would be 100% paid by the employee and would be withheld from paychecks after tax.

Any advice on set-up would be helpful.
