Is there a way to add the option ExpenditureTypeName to webservice payload instead of PjcExpenditure

in Inventory Items (APC/PLM/PIM) - EBS (MOSC) Question

Per customer:

"The payload for the project related transaction requires the PjcExpenditureTypeId. Users can only provide the Expenditure Type Name, is there a webservice available to pull the PjcExpenditureTypeId based on the name."

It does not look like this an option as far as I can see but wanted confirmation from dev.
