Forecasting not recognizing balance changes from accumulator members

We have our sick entitlement set up with another entitlement as a contributing member in the member list for the balance accumulator that reduces the balance when an adjustment to the added member is made.

For an example:

The member list of accumulator AC[SICK_BAL] includes the absence entitlement AE[Donation] with an accumulator sign of subtract.
We make a manual adjustment to GP_PI_MNL_DATA for the absence entitlement Donation with a positive value, and it subtracts from AE[SICK] successfully, but forecasting does not recognize it.

I'm already aware that forecasting doesn't use the same logic that the absence calc uses, but is there any way to correct this particular issue with forecasting? Currently, the only way that I've found is to set a retro limit override for the EE once the balance has reduced, but that's not an acceptable solution systemwide.

Howdy, Stranger!
