Fluid TA implementation
Hello We are in process are implementing Fluid TA.
We are at the step of assigning User Defaults Under Nav. Travel and Expenses > Manage Employee Info > Update Profile > User Defaults Tab > Expense Style Defaults (Group Box ).
We have 700 employees in our organization and all of them have access to TAs. I ran a Script and inserted the Expense Style Defaults (PS_EX_EE_USER_DTL Table) for all the employees.
I later realized that the script even though was executed and showing correctly on PIA, it was not taking affect in defaulting these values while entering a TA.
Only the Employees who had the User Defaults updated via Front End were able to successfully complete the TA.
