Related to rent increase while calculating as Fiscal quarter billing
Hi All,
We want our tenants needs to be billed as fiscal quarterly basis. ie every year "JAN, APR, JUL, OCT". Here I have a scenario like one Lease is getting started at June. whereas it has billed me starting month on prorate basis and then on wards as per fiscal year. up to this its fine. when we run the rent increases. its billing every year june as a increased deference amount for the month of june. will it be come like this only or any other way to add this deference amount to the previous or upcoming billing quarter.
