Corrupted Risk Categories

Is there any plan to come up with a permanent fix for the Corrupted Risk Categories?  The solution How to Delete Corrupted Risk Categories From P6 (Doc ID 2430456.1) only details steps to delete them, but corrupted risk categories keep being imported back into our database from corrupted XER files every few days. Will there be a patch to weed out these corrupted risk categories?
