Switchover 3 site dataguard

My case:

Primary: Rac with 2 nodes

Standby1: Single

Standby2: Single

When i switchover Primary to Standby1, What's happen with standby2? How to Standby2 become "standby" of Standby1 - which is Primary when switchover before?
