How to retain community

in Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

Suppose an employee leaves Current organisation and if he is using  current company as a login id which will be no more after few days , then  is it possible to convert it to peronal login id.

Are there any steps that one needs to follow.

Please help .
