New srvrmgr session fails to connect in Siebel 18.9

Hi All,

I am not able to open a new srvrmgr session in Siebel 18.9. However, the existing session works fine. We have recently upgrade to 18.9 last Frday.

The error message is "Error: Failed to discover Gateway. Exiting... "

We were able to open multiple srvrmgr sessions until today morning. We do not see any detail error messages in the ServerMgr.log
