Online Help Updates On Top Of ATG Online Help For 12.2.7 have any know issues

Upgraded to R12.2.7, saw some of the help documents with screen shots of R12.1.3 and suggested to apply the 26974010: Consolidated Online Help Updates On Top Of ATG Online Help For 12.2.7

After the patch instance was showing errors in OAF pages with exceptions due to FND_LOBS table with Index status IMPROGRS,  look into detail came to know the index was not rebuilt and wasn't compatible with Online Patching Cycle, Rebuild Help Search Index concurrent program never completes.  So we had to roll back to have a workable instance. 

Any suggestions..
