Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report output says "Authentication Failed"

Hi Gurus,

Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report completes normally.

When we click on View Output button it says "Authentication Failed". Only Accounting users are seeing this issue. All other reports are working fine for them.

I am able to open the output with no issues - All reports working fine for me.

What could be the problem ?
