Disabling Budgetory Control and Encumbrance Accounting

Hi All,

Right now we are using budgetary control/ Encumbrance in our ledger.

Since this is enable we are unable to use inventory (VMI).

Can anyone instruct me following.

1. Is it possible to Disable Budgetary control /Encumbrance accounting

2. If So what would be the impact on that ?

3. If cant do can we create the new set of book with out having EA and achieve what we want to do.

4. If above all are not working is there anyway for us to this.
