Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. All inventory value report item and onhand item quantity is different why ?

I have run the all inventory value report and onhand quantity shows a different quantity for one particular item why is it?

all inventory value report shows quantity = 1806.70 and onhand, quantity is zero why is it ?
